Renovation can be quite difficult if you don’t have experience or basic building knowledge. This deck was a pleasant project to be done, I decided to keep some of the old decking to reduce the cost of the owner and fix what needs to be. I have found a way to make if affordable for the owner as we all know material and cost keep going up in price. After setting the deck, digging the holes, bracing the post, pouring the concrete I was all ready to start the structure. New handrails, stairs on side for easier access all very well done with perfect finishes.
